The problem we kept running into

Most everyday jewelry is not really built for every day. It is built for one night out, one photograph, one season. A few weeks in, the finish goes flat, the chain starts to kink, and the piece quietly migrates to the back of a drawer.

Our founder had a drawer full of exactly that. Pieces she had liked enough to buy and then stopped reaching for. What she wanted instead was a small set of things she could put on and leave on, and that turned out to be surprisingly hard to buy.

How we make jewelry differently

Every Caeli piece starts with the same base: 316L surgical grade stainless steel. It is a dense, corrosion resistant alloy, and it is the reason our pieces are built for constant wear rather than occasional wear. It is also hypoallergenic.

The visible finish is 14K gold.

Because our base metal is stainless steel and not sterling silver, our pieces are correctly labeled as 14K gold plated stainless steel, not vermeil. We wore them every day for six months

Before a single piece shipped, we lived in the samples. When the first ones arrived in December 2025, we put them on and left them on. Through workouts, long days, lotion, and perfume. Necklaces worn for hours at a stretch. Studs left in around the clock. Rings never taken off.

Six months later the pieces still looked like the ones we had unboxed, and we were still reaching for them every morning. That is the only reason we felt right releasing them. Read the full six-month test.

Why we make only 100 of each design

Every Caeli design is produced in a single run of exactly 100 pieces. When the run sells out, that design is permanently retired. We do not reorder. We do not reissue. We do not bring it back as a season two.

This is not a marketing gimmick. It is a design constraint we accept at the start of every production run. The result is that every piece you own belongs to a closed collection. There will never be more than 100 in existence. The woman who buys a Caeli piece knows it is not going to become a mass piece next year.

It also means there is no manufactured urgency, no countdown timer, no fake scarcity. The runs sell at the speed they sell at. When they are gone, they are gone. We will tell you honestly when a piece is close to retiring.

What quiet power means to us

The most striking women in any room are rarely the loudest. They do not announce themselves. They simply exist with an effortless presence that draws attention without demanding it. That is the energy we design for.

Honest about what we are and are not

We are not solid gold. Solid 14K gold is a beautiful material and beyond the budget of an everyday jewelry wardrobe for most women. We give you the look and the daily wearability at a much lower price.

We are not gold filled. Gold filled is a different construction, built over a brass base rather than stainless steel.
