Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unworn and in its original condition
• Original packaging included
• Certificate of authenticity enclosed

To initiate a return, email hello@caelijewelry.com with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label for US customers.

Return Shipping

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for US customers. If you would like a different size or a different piece, email hello@caelijewelry.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.

We will ship your exchange immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the original item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@caelijewelry.com with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Final-sale or clearance items
