Ring Size Guide | Find Your Perfect Fit | Caeli

A ring you never want to take off starts with a fit you never have to think about. Use either method below to find your size in under five minutes, no tools required.

Method 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own

  1. Choose a ring that fits the finger you plan to wear your new ring on.
  2. Place it on a ruler and measure the inside diameter in millimeters, from inner edge to inner edge.
  3. Match that measurement to the chart below.

Method 2: Measure Your Finger

  1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around the base of your finger.
  2. Mark the point where the end overlaps.
  3. Measure the length in millimeters. That is your finger circumference; find it in the chart below.

Fit Tips

  • Measure at the end of the day. Fingers are slightly larger in the evening and in warm weather; a ring sized in the morning can feel tight by night.
  • Account for your knuckle. If your knuckle is noticeably larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.
  • Between sizes? Size up. A slightly loose ring is comfortable; a slightly tight one is not.
  • Wide bands fit tighter. If a ring has a wider band, consider going up a half size.
  • Measure two or three times. String and paper can stretch or slip; repeat the measurement to confirm you get the same number.
