The 2-Year Color Warranty

Effective for all orders delivered on or after August 1, 2026

What is covered

• Fading or dulling of the gold finish
• Discoloration or darkening of the gold finish
• Tarnish that does not lift with the care steps in our care guide

What is not covered

• Loss or theft
• Physical damage: bent, broken, or crushed pieces, snapped chains, lost stones
• Scratches and dents from impact or abrasion
• Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than us

How a claim works

Email hello@caelijewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the piece. That is the whole process. No receipts to dig up, no forms, no return shipping of the old piece unless we ask for it.

We respond within 24 hours on business days and ship your replacement at no cost to you.

One honest note about editions

Caeli pieces are released in editions of 100 and retired when they sell out. If your exact piece has been retired by the time you claim, we will offer you the same piece from our warranty reserve if we have it, or any current piece of equal value if we do not. You choose.

The fine print, kept short

This limited warranty covers the original purchaser of pieces bought at caelijewelry.com, for two years from the delivery date, and is not transferable. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, our 30-day return policy or your statutory rights.

One replacement per piece. We may ask you to return the original piece with a prepaid label we provide.
