Yes. Caeli jewelry is designed to handle daily exposure to water, sweat, and humidity without tarnishing. You can shower, work out, and wear your pieces in the rain. Our base is stainless steel, not sterling silver, so we use the accurate term, 14K gold plated stainless steel. Many brands use vermeil incorrectly. We do not.
