Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We are expanding to additional countries throughout 2026 — if your country isn't listed at checkout yet, email hello@caelijewelry.com and we'll let you know when we go live in your region.

US Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the destination country's customs authority on delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 18 business days (international), please contact us at hello@caelijewelry.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Caeli Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or customs processing. We will work with you to resolve any shipping issue to the best of our ability.
